Nearly 75% of us will require some form of Long Term Care in our life time.

Sadly, this is one area that very few of us have planned for.  We assume the government will pay for
our care through Medicare or Medicaid or that our families will be able to take us in and provide for
our needs.  The fact is that the costs associated with Long Term Care are grossly underestimated and
we have not planned for how we will pay for it or the implications of spending down our assets to
qualify for assistance.

In todays economy people are faced with tough decisions on how to spend their money and how to
plan for the future.  Most of us have medical and life insurance, some even have Short and Long
Term Disability plans that protect our incomes in the event of a disability.  The problem is that few
of us have planned for our Long Term Care needs.  How would you or your family pay for an average
annual Home Health Aide charge of $217,360?

Use the calculator below to research Long Term Care costs across the country.  Three out of four of
us will need Long Term Care services, how will be pay for it?
